- "We viewed online you had vacancy ~ went into lobby and told no room available,the young woman told us she was having to send customers to other location so we go back to car...view again vacancy and reserved online...go back into very same lobby and get our room. This was rediculous! Wasted over 1/2 hour"

- "that the beds are A lot smaller then what they should be I stayed on A king sides room and the bed was way smaller then even A queen bed!"
