Entre otros servicios las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado, secador de pelo, baño completo, wifi grátis, minibar..etc. A disposición de sus cliente el hotel dispone de un Restaurante que ofrece desayuno bufé (incluido en el precio de la habitación), y para las comidas y cenas una gran selección de comida local e internacional. En la última planta y para deleite de sus huéspedes el hotel dispone de una piscina, sauna, ducha, gimnasio y un bar para que se puedan tomar sus Snacks.

- "Bedrooms have wafer thin walls.very tired looking-in need of refreshment."

- "Great location, friendly staff and great breakfast. Great laundry service!"

- "Needs refurbishment. Seems very worn out. Thin doors. You hear the staff cleaning from early in the morning. In Europe this would never had been 4 stars."

- "The staff was good and quick to respond to requests. The free wifi was appreciated. The variety of fruit at breakfast was also well appreciated.
The location between Copacabana and Ipanema was excellent." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel has an air of neglect about it, with dirty carpets between the lift and rooms. It also can use with a bit of a facelift for it's price. However, i need to pint out that these were not things that could not be ignored."
