- "Nothing"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The rooms smelled, mildew in the bathrooms, towels were not cleaned. Put in a non-smoking room and neighbors beside that were in a non-smoking room were smoking and the staff told us that there was nothing that could do about it. Pictures online are misleading. We were moved to four different rooms and then put in a one bed bedroom which we are a family of four."

- "Was convenient to Gatlinburg. Nothing else, older building should be gutted and remodeled or torn down."

- "It smelled awful, old, musky. Constant water running in bathtub. People would smoke right outside our door so it smelt like cigarette smoke even though were in a nonsmoking room. Towels looked dingey and dirty. Should have requested another room so we would dread going back to our room each night."
