What did you like the most?: "Hidden Gem. Panoramic view of the Mersey River from the window. Classic building. Comfort bed."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Some of the facilities (toilet etc) too old, but still usable."

What did you like the most?: "Very poor set up. There were no staff supervising the "hotel", we had to
collect the keys at 1pm (no other time was acceptable) and then there
was no staff around."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The lack of staff around was very worrying in an area where there were a number of drunks hanging around. It was very expensive for what is was: no breakfast, no staff, a room at the top of a house where there was no lift. The staff member did not offer to help with our heavy bags carrying them up the very steep and long staircase. Don't stay there!!!"
