- "That I was finally able to get my room that I had originally reserved."

- "Did not like arriving and being told that they were overbooked and they did not have a room for me. I booked online one month prior and also confirmed reservations early in the evening on my day of arrival for a late arrival. The hotel had overbooked by 3 rooms and I had booked a suite for a family of 5. Their only suggestion was a remaining room with a King bed and one roll away for my family of 4 adults and one child. If not for another guest graciously giving up his room of two double beds and taking the King bed room....we would have been sleeping on the floor. All hotels in the area were booked we had driven 6 hours and had no options and the hotel was not too concerned with trying to make other accomodations. The room was not very clean and the previous occupants had left decaying food in the fridge that housekeeping did not clean out before we checked in."

- "The room was old, the alarm clock didn't work, the toilet needed to be replaced, found a bug on my back in the morning on my clothes. The entire building and all of the rooms need to be updated. Would not stay there again."
