- "Added a second room to my stay and was told I would get the same rate as the first room. When I got there the clerk would not honor the rate I was quoted ,even though my confirmation page stated the price of the second room.Some nonsense about the same rate was not the same for that room although identical. When I questioned him he looked at me as though I had 2 heads. Had to clean the refrigerator myself,2 irons,and the blow dryer didn't work and only had 1 towel in the room.Would have gone elsewhere if something was available. Had a bad experience at this location before,but decided to give it 1 more try. Never again!"
