- "No outlets in the bathrooms, to plug in crling irons and blow dryers"

- "to be honest, it should be completely renovated; old, old, old everything. Sink leaked as if it was not connected, bed stood on 7inch blocks of wood. Vending machines are handy if you need them but make a lot of noice when you are asleep, etc"

- "The Skyland Motel was a well maintained older motel. I liked that it was very clean and had comfortable beds. We weren't disturbed by any noise from other guest. It was located just a short distance from Helen making it convienant. The owners were pleasant and helpful."
