- "Originally bill didn't have tax until front desk assistant informed additional $14 to the bill. Also, jacuzzi wasn't hot enough just warm and jet streams weren't strong at all."

- "I was in a one bedroom chalet for 3 nights. It was newly renovated with a full kitchen. I really liked the room and it was a great value. The lobby is quite comfortable and the décor makes you feel like you?re on vacation. Compared to what the hotel use to be like, it?s amazing how they have turned this place around. Kristen at the front desk was great and I would hire her for her customer service skills."

- "We had a very small room with twin beds. Ask for a room in the main house. Hot tub jets were not working."

- "With all the extra wall space, it would be nice to have more storage areas. Move the coffee pot and fridge out of the bathroom. Would help to have a microwave."
