Rooms at SH Villa Gadea come with flat screen TV, hot tub and pillow TV. They also have heating and air conditioning and most have a separate shower in the bathroom. Slippers, bathrobe and toiletries are included. In the Tesal spa, guests can enjoy countercurrent pools, Vichy showers and a Turkish bath. Villa Gadea also offers massages, wraps and treatments. Italian-Mediterranean cuisine and wines are served in the restaurant of the SH Villa Gadea, the Vitellius. Local cuisine is served in the Miramar restaurant. There is also a buffet restaurant, lobby bar with live music and summer terrace grill, overlooking the sea.

- "The most friendliest and helpful staff I have come across amongst the many hotels I have stayed in around the world."

- "The fact that at any one time only one restaurant was open in spite of the fact that the hotel gives a choice of four (one of the reasons I booked in the first place) also they must find a way of keeping the buffet food hot.Limited choice on the al a carte menu,and quite expensive for the standard."
