What did you like the most?: "Fantastic staff, incredibly helpful. Spa facilities good and the masseur
was excellent, he relaxed a very painful lower back problem for me."

What did you like the most?: "Staff was friendly and helpful, if not always knowledgeable. Hotel was beautiful, room was beautiful, very spacious, and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Central location."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Too many things that didn't work and required me to call/stop by front desk (and I was only there for 1 night, imagine if my stay had been longer!). Worst of all: Cigarette smoke from adjoining casino permeated public spaces: lobby, elevator areas, even the gym! I felt like I was working out in a bar, very unpleasant. The hotel gym was the main reason I chose this hotel. Additional issues: 1. Room safe was locked and someone had to come in to reset it 2. There was no waste basket in bathroom 3. Poor lighting around thermostat, had to bring a lamp over so I could see to reset it. I set it for lowest temp possible (16 celsius per display) but I never felt the room got cool enough. Asked front desk to send someone, no one came 4. Tried to print my boarding pass night before my flight. Was directed to business center. After several unsuccessful attempts went back to front desk. They informed me that this is ongoing problem because computers in business ctr don't have Mircrosoft Office. Why didn't they inform me of this before I wasted my time at the business ctr? 5. Radio in room had poor reception and there was no place for ipod or mp3 connection. Hotel of this caliber should have that option."
