- "Located in midtown it's perfect to attend musical shows, oprera house and shopping"

- "There was NO swimmingpool despite the information on booking.com. (there is still this information on the booking.com website although there is NO swimmingpool available!) We booked this hotel because of this information and were very disappointed when getting the information that there wasn't a pool any longer! Price for Value relation not o.k."

- "Our room 2018 was next to lifts. Very noisey difficult to sleep. Tried to swap room told hotel full so unable to I realise that tipping is US way felt that porter was not happy with one dollar tip. Not helpful later when asked about local ammenities etc. New york is very expensive if your breakfast were less expensive would have had them. Swimming pool out of action. Insufficient number of public computers in lobby. Often queues to use."

- "The location. Right on 7th street and 5 min from Time Square."

- "The room and bathroom were not clean properly. Dust was everywhere even on the alarm clock.....behind beds and forniture. Housekeeping only changes sheets and towels. We had a problem with the bathtub, it didn't drain at all. So, an handyman was sent to our room. He did a perfect job and fixed the problem, but the bathroom was a mess from the dirty stuff coming out from the bathtab, it was on the walls and ceiling, toilet, shower curtain, sink, counter top, everywhere! An housekeeper came to clean up. She left and half of the dirty was still on the wall and ceiling, toilet and shower curtain!!!!! The hotel room and bathroom need to be renovated. It doen't value what you pay. You are paying for the location. Cable didn't work properly."

- "After leaving our room at 8 am and touring city for entire day, we returned to our room about 6 pm only to find that room had still not been cleaned. We had tickets to theater that night and had to wait about an hour for room to be cleaned thus preventing us from having dinner prior to seeing the show."
