- "There was a private party going on in a room a few doors down from our room, with loud music and I could feel the bass beat. I called down to the front desk to see if we could change rooms. The woman told me that she would send someone up. 45 minutes later, the noise only got louder, we called again. Finally about 1 1/2 hours after I first called, my son went down and got us another room floors above. All was well after that, but I was annoyed that the management did not handle the situation better - until I later the next day when I spoke with a manager and she did offer to give us a discount on the room, which I very much appreciated."

- "A loud party was taking place when we arrived. The people walking around looked sketchy and underdressed. My children thought one woman was a prostitute from her attire and mannerisms. At check-in, we were assigned a room next to a family with several adults and a group of very young children. These children screamed and yelled well past midnight. We finally called the front desk to report this at 11:30 and the staff did nothing. They did not go to the room nor did they call the room (we could hear everything, and would have heard the phone ringing). The noise continued until the children fell asleep at about 1230. The hotel was half empty, why would put us in a room adjoining a crowd? Clearly the other room had way too many people in it who did not know how to behave in a hotel. The parents were actually coaching the children (all under 6) to keep screaming and screeching as a game. Additionally, in the public areas the hotel was not clean. There was debris in the elevators and on the rugs. The room was fine, but very clammy with bedding that did not appear to be suited to a hotel environment. When we checked out, the desk staff did not ask about our stay or apologize for our inconvenience."
