What did you like the most?: "Helpfulness of the staff at reception and in dining room."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "One little niggle: there was no street atlas of Sheffield available at reception. Plenty of road atlases which of course I had. However, this did not affect my enjoyment of my stay."

What did you like the most?: "Lovely rooms with a fridge which is great. Very comfortable and the staff all very helpful. Excellent breakfast."

What did you like the most?: "The bedroom was comfortable - no problems except for light bulb in the bathroom"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We didn't like the breakfast buffet on New Year's Day. Many items were unavailable and the staff could not cope"

What did you like the most?: "Rooms were decorated modern and comfortable with full range of facilities including direct computer access. Hotel was clean, bright and spacious the lounge bar was comfortable, the restaurant was spacious, clean and pleasant. Plenty of carpark space and not a noisy area."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The choice of breakfast items was not broad and the hot food was self serve from buffets kept warm by heat-lamps - this meant it was not piping hot like just cooked."
