What did you like the most?: "-Good value for money -Friendly staff -Beautiful setting -Two bedroom
suites with kitchenette"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "-Customers need to be told upfront and with visible sign policy regarding pool towels. We were charged $60 for 3 pool towels even after we offered for staff to search our suitcases. We accidently left them at pool on day on lounge chair. They were collected by staff at end of day but we were still charged. There needs to be system as in most resorts for checking out towels."

What did you like the most?: "stay was perfect ... I have used other hotels in San Carlos , nothing comparers ......great views .. pool heated , bar , restaurant , all perfect .. staff very pleasant ... thnks for the stay and will see you again in July .."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Room walls thin, can hear other guests. Check in is too late, check out too early."

What did you like the most?: "Friendly, relaxing , with beautiful scenery. Well kept, clean. A good place
to return."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "No beach area, the day we left they were removing the rocks to replace with sand. We hope to find a beach next time."
