- "Not many staff members speak English well - if you don't have a little spanish you may have difficulty."

- "If staying in El Calafate, this is the place to stay. This was without a doubt the best place we stayed in the whole of South America: it is cosy log cabins that are really warm and cosy, really comfortable beds, breakfast served in your cabin, excellent location and the friendliest and most helpful staff - Yennifer is outstanding. We stayed an extra two nights and Yennifer made sure we didnt have to change rooms and every day helped us to organise tours etc. Santa Monica is also very reasonably priced and the wifi is really good"

- "The only suggestion I have is the breakfast - being an Argentinian breakfast, it's very sweet, so not for everyone. But we are in Argentina so can't complain!"
