- "My kids room 907 had a sealed front glass with no room 907 sml-sealed front glass w/no sliding window to let fresh air in and no AC Unit' making the room too hot. The room did have a inner air vent that was kept off and only turned on at night after I complained. I also lost my laptop adapter in the room and hotel claimed they did not find anything. While looking for adapter I noted under the bed was dirty room 907 our room was ok though."

- "The room is not properly clean daily. You have to ask always for some essentials things, like soap and water."
