What did you like the most?: "The building and its location were nice. Good view from the bar terrace and pool area.
Wifi was 5? per day, not 5? per hour as mentioned on the booking website. (It should nowadays be free though)."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "A number of maintenance and housekeeping issues: air conditioning weak and kept cutting off, toilet didn't flush well, mould on the wall around the bath. The pool closed at 5PM: not nice when you come back from a days tourism to be told that it was not possible to go for a swim. At other times, a fight to be given a pool towel. Breakfast was mainly disappointing: good scrambled eggs, but the quality of most things was below par: terrible juices, low quality jams, buffet coffee always cold (though they did bring hot coffee for us when we requested it)."

What did you like the most?: "The hotel is perfectly situated for a city trip in beautiful Naples. The pool is superb after a day of exploring Nales by foot. From the pool area, sipping your drinks, you can enjoy the views and recognize the buildings vistited during the day."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The hotel deserves some renovations of rooms and restaurants. The website is very attractive but the hotel is less up to date than the website suggests."

What did you like the most?: "The place has lots of character The room we had was very spacious (the
suite) The views from the restaurant and upstairs bar were excellent"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The furnishings are dated and the amenities E.G. toiletries and information were tatty and had obviously not been renewed for many months. There was a leak in the bathroom which caused a large puddle on the floor The air conditioning didn't work so it was very hot an uncomfortable The hotel smelled of smoke The swimming pool was tiny The restaurant was overpriced, and the food only adequate. The service staff were generally trying to be helpful but the attention to detail was lacking."
