What did you like the most?: "Setting is good and reception,bar and restaurant area spacious"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Beds very uncomfortable,stayed night before a flight and got only one hours sleep due to exhaustion. Room dated and no lift to upper floor,not funny with an extemely heavy suitcase,though a member of staff did help."

What did you like the most?: "Only the price. And if you are flying from Gatwick Airport"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "On the main Flight Path to Gatwick . Planes never seem to stop. Dont expext much sleep. May be after midnight and up to 5.00 am then forget sleep"

What did you like the most?: "I chose to stay at Russ Hill becuse of its proximity to Gatwick Airport.
When I arrived the guy at the next was having a sleep but considering it
was 2.30am I think that can be forgiven!
I had a pretty basic room and it was quite small but considering all I did was come in and get unto bed straight away it was perfectly functional. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well.
There was a shuttle bus to and from the airport."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Information about the shuttle bus (where to get it from, when, how much) was lacking. I emailed to ask about it but all I got was an automated reply telling me to call the central reservations line. Not so helpful when you're in Cape Verde at the time and don't have access to a phone. Thankfully I had a friend in London who I emailed that could ring for me."
