- What did you like the most?
- "The location is fantastic and the price reasonable. With the ridiculous
prices charged by the loads of mediocre restaurants that populate
France, having a kitchen and a Carrefour 5 minutes away is a big bonus." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The staff and policies and extremely odd. We hired a room for 5 people but the flat only had 4 chairs. When I went to ask them for an extra chair, twice they said they would bring one over and never did. It was like I was requesting something completely odd. Only 2 mugs in the flat. I explained we were 5 people who liked to have their coffee at once in the morning. Again, this was like asking for enriched uranium, the girl at reception just kept saying "but this is how it is in this hotel", very annoying. Ah, and the tv didn't work properly. Imagine if I had complained about this, they would have probably called the police. Also, when I booked, they had a problem with my credit card details and instead of following the right procedure (to contact Booking.com) they contacted me directly, which was strange."

- "We were surprised that e-net was not working two days, neither
swimming pool, even though it was included in price and we called the
hotel in advance and stuff ensured us that all should be fine.
Filling in Comprehensive list of room equipment is a big minus (noone
wants to spend 2 hours of your holiday time for filling in these non-
sense papers)."

- "The location was excellent, the sofa bed was the the most comfortable I
have slept on." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "It was difficult to figure out where this hotel was, there is a small sign above a set of appartments with "Logica" written on it. Despite there being no information on the booking details we ventured across the road to a hotel with a different name and asked in there, they informed us that they handle the check-in for La Logica. Despite only staying for a single night, we were given a 3 page inventory including (1xSofa, 6xTea Spoon etc) to complete, sign and return, my wife and daughter went through this and found a few items missing which, when we returned the questionaire the receptionist seemed to already know about, presuably if you sign without fully checking then you pay for these? The room was clean but the bath was full of bugs."
