- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "the check in system is terrible. There is no reception kind of a thing and We were not given any apartment #, security code and keys before hand and were roaming on the street for a long time before we could contact someone to get these. Also we realised the washing machine was not working after we had put our clothes in and they became wet. So we had to wash them with hand. You should change your name to toughlet from easylet."

- "Shower cubicle was filthy. Bed was too small."

- "The house/apartment came across as a temporary summer let. No safety features(fire alarms, escape route signs etc)-Is this even legal?? No instructions on how to use the kitchen appliances. Absolute bare minimum of lighting & decorative objects. All in all, a high price paid for a short walk!"

- "Nice, big apartment - except it wasn't the one I booked! The day before,
I received an email that there was a "problem" with my apartment, and
that I was rebooked elsewhere. Instead of Royal Mile, I stated at an
apartment near the Castle. It was huge, sleeping up to 10 people.
Location was alright (though I would have preferred the Royal Mile
location), well furnished, and overall we had a good stay." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Disappointed about the last minute change of venue. I booked the Royal Mile Apartment, and was disappointed to not be able to stay there. The lock at the alternate apartment was very difficult to open. Despite this, customer service was excellent, informing me of the change, and telling me how to get there and how to get my keys."
