- "The location was excellent on Princes Street. We could see the sign when
we got off the bus from Edinburgh airport. For a couple who usually get
lost at least once when finding our hotel this was a great start to our
stay. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient booking us in in the
minimum time and fuss. The rooms were large and comfortable. Great value
for money."

- "the shower was useless....the water pressure was less that a dribble.....And when arriving back at night, The porter took 20 mins to answer the door to let me in."
