- "The convenience of the local bus into Chester and easy to get to other

- "The staff on first breakfast were were not very good, no greeting or instruction about breakfast, coffee and tea took ages to come, toast took 3 requests, on arrival into the room couldn't find a table that had been cleared from the previous guests. The meal at night a pie had far too much salt in. The next two mornings the service did improve a little, but at no time was there any sign of management. The breakfast food was left in metal dishes which should be in a trough of hot water but were just laying on tiles, not very hot The fire alarm went off and could only hear it in the room if you opened the door No lights flashing in the room, I'm not diasabled but was in a disabled room so the alarm was a vital thing to be seen and heard"
