- "Beautiful place and calm staying near the lake"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Very poor condition of spa area: old furniture, not very clear on surfaces, very uncomfortable and dirty dressing rooms. Very disappointed."

- "The surrounding area was lovely and, although I didn't get to use them, the spa facilities looked very inviting."

- "We arrived very late 11pm and we were very hungry but the kitchen had closed at 11pm. I thought we could have been offered at least some bread and cheese, this wouldn't have been difficult."

- "The location and the wellness area were just superb! Also when I asked to upgrade to a suite it was no problem at all."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The first night we had to wait an hour after we ordered in the hotel restaurant Alte Bob before we received our meal. The restaurant was not full or busy and I feel this was totally unacceptable from a 4+ hotel."
