- "I liked the spaciousness of the apartment, especially the living room/dining room area and the bedrooms. I liked the bedroom decor. I liked having our breakfast brought to our apartment by Allan and Angela, who were very pleasant and accommodating. I thought that the kitchen was well-equipped. I appreciated having the washing machine, clothes line, iron, and ironing board. Liked the view from the living area window - of the campanile in the Piazza del Campo."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I felt like I was going through an obstacle course just getting to our apartment - front door key, then key to inner door, then key to elevator, then key to apartment but after a couple of times doing it I got the hang of it and figured out which keys to use. It didn't really bother us - we actually joked about it. My brother-in-law and I were designated as the "keepers of the keys". Also, there were a couple of times that the noise outside our apartment wakened us during the early hours of the morning. There is an Irish bar close to the apartment building and I believe we were hearing the bar's patrons going home. We managed to close the windows and shutters and get back to sleep."

- "Lounge falling apart. Internet photos very kind. Reality different. We stayed at 43% discount and was expensive for facilities...guess the normal premium was for location."

- "This is a private historical house with fabulous character. Large apartment with great living room, great location to walk everywhere"

- "Our room was a little dusty and during the five nights we were there it didn't get any better. They only have two"house boys" and could use some proper training in cleaning, but the were nice enough. No services beyond a one hour time to grab a little breakfast."
