- "They booked us for the wrong room even though we booked over a month in advance. They tried to move is to 2 other building in Exchange. Both were not suited for a family. Then they tried to give is both rooms in 2 different building, which I couldn't take because I can't seperate my family. We settled for the wrong room after we finally got a discount. The staff at the front desk was not interested in helping at not, not friendly. They gave me a phone number to place a complaint, called several times, left messages and never got a call back. It took my family 2 hours to get situated after an 18 hour drive due to their disorganization. Never staying there again."

- "Promised internet but would not provide code and therefore no internet available after several of code. Beds were shocking. Floor dirty and vaccuum cleaner didnt work. Reception staff would provide no help and gave us phone numbers to ring for assistance. One number wrong person the other went to voice mail and eventually we spoke to him and he directed us back to the reception for the internet code. No bowls they provided them the second day."

- "The apartment was spacious and clean and conveniently located to the
convention we attended in Miami. There was a Publix and a Walgreens
right across the street which was convenient." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "When we arrived, we realized the hair dryer didn't work so we asked the desk clerk to find a replacement. We were told that they could not do anything about it and gave us a list of names to call for the offsite managers of the property. I left voicemails on each number and sent emails but did not receive a response. I went out the next morning and bought a hair dryer. The air conditioner also did not work the first night. The location is great but it is quite noisy because it is located right next to the metro station and the trains run all night. We had to make too many phone calls and waste time complaining about the things that were wrong. They eventually brought us a hair dryer and came up to fix the air. It was just more hassle than we wanted."
