- "No hot water on first day. No WiFi so we were given usb dongles, which would not work with one of our computers. Little daylight."

- "The apartment was exactly what we booked for online. It is 2 minute walk

- "1. The stairs lights from down were totally off and it is too dark at night to climb to the floor. 2. The door bell would ring many times after midnight from wrong people. 3. A remote control for the air-condition was an essential need for us. We couldn't sleep at all the first 3 day because of the heat and noise from night clubs around. And when the air-condition was turned on, we had no remote control for it. It was too cold most of the nights and we couldn't adjust it nor turn it off. That was really annoying. 4. When we checked in it was mentioned that on the third day someone would come and clean the apartment and supply us with tissues. This didn't happen until our fifth day of the stay. 5. The light bulb in the shower (just above the shower) was not working and there was no spare and it wasn't changed all during our stay. Also the bulb of the lampshade beside the bed was not working."

- "except location, there was nothing to like about in the apartment.. the flat was completely different than the pictures on booking. poor condition."
