- "Close to airport. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. The transportation folks were great about giving directions to main streets and highways."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Despite hotel being very close to airport it is extremely difficult to find. You can see it but getting to it is another story. Not really close to any restaurants or businesses. Called the front desk for info on outside delivery food. Clerk said she did not know and would call me right back. Never did. Sink in bathroom was clogged up and was fixed by the second day. In room coffee maker was broken and I made a request to have it replaced. Never happened. We are a family of four so I requested an extra towel and some extra shampoo and soap. Never happened. Ice maker on our floor not working."

- "Staff was very accomodating. My husband took me there for a romantic
birthday. Enjoyed the pool, whirlpool (a bit too hot though), and made-to-
order omelets at breakfast." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We could hear voices from other rooms through the upper vent by our bed in room 908. Obviously, this was annoying. My husband blocked the vent with a pillow held up by a floor lamp. Both of our coffee cups had caked food in the bottom of them. The cups were served filled so we couldn't notice this until we were almost done drinking. It did not appear that the cups were even washed. Though the Dishwasher should have done a much better job, ultimately it was the server Tiffany's responsibility to check the cups before filling them. I have worked as a server myself for 19 years and always check a cup's cleanliness before pouring coffee for the guest. I would never eat in that restaurant again."
