- "Nice lounge. Pool."

- "We asked for a quiet room with a good view and got a room for disabled people (good that they have those - but we didin't need) opposite the elevator and housekeeper's room, where they (loudly) prepared their trolleys for the days cleaning tour at 6 am. View was towards parking lot. Staff at the reception and the restaurant was not very service minded and happy - it seemed that they didn't like their job."

- "We had an excellent room on the 12th floor . The staff was very good at attending to guests requirements and the room was spacious and nicely laid out with a very dramatic view of the Long Beach coast and skyline."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The continuous noise which took us a while to figure its origine, it was the elevators. Although our room was not real close to the elevators it was close enough to the roof area which apparently is where the elevator motors are located."
