Is there anything you didn't like?: "Not clean the room everyday if you live more than one day."

What did you like the most?: "Hotel is located near Waverley station; daily room cleaning; teapot and hairdryer and heater are in the room; friendly staff"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Too much steps to our 4th floor; very poor choice of food at breakfast; adapters were available only for money so we bought them ourselves; very tiny bathroom without shelf in the shower"

What did you like the most?: "Great central location.
Staff were pleasant but hard to understand at times.
Wi-Fi was available as well as use of the B&B computer / printer which was very handy."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Room was shabby with frayed carpet. Did not like the fact that the room had a boiler cupboard, and we could not see if there was a carbon monioxide detector near it? Bed matress was VERY hard and difficult to sleep on. Bed was very squeeky. Bed linen could use a decent and strong fragrance fabric conditioner as it was very hard and musky smelling. Only 2 towels per person left in room - they were not changed during the stay. Towels were very musky smelling. No inside lock on the door. Shower / Toilet was clean but had a lingering odour of vinegar - possibly from the cleaning products. No option of a cooked breakfast - only cold cuts / cereal / yogurt / not fresh squeezed juice, although we were offered a choice of fried / scrambled eggs. Toast, when delivered, was cold. No option of peanut butter / marmite for the toast. Staff were indeed friendly but hard to talk to at times - as their accents are quite strong. We were not given information in case of a fire!"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "I think the offer of a full english breakfast would make a big difference and not just a fried egg on a plate.I Would not have minded paying extra for this service as I went to a cafe for a full english in the city"
