- "The staff was excellent- very helpful and friendly. The shower had great water pressure."

- "This was one of the worst rooms that I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in some bad ones. The furniture is super old, the carpet frayed, toilet lid broken, and the blanket on the bed was not super clean as it had something stuck to it in certain spots. There is no privacy as you can see under the door if someone is there and the light seeps through your tiny room during the night. I have lived in Mexico for 4 years and would say this was one of the worst rooms I have stayed at throughout my time here and it rivals some other bad hotels rooms throughout my travels."

- "Bed sheets unclean, no air conditioned rooms, limited channels on TV, bathroom towel not changed. Reception services poor, lobby very small. Reservation system slow in identifying reservation bookings."

- "The rooms are nothing like the pictures in the internet. Everything was old and in bad shape,carpets were old and torn,ac units must be 40 years old and barely cool the room,sheets don't fit the bed and the front desk staff was unfriendly."
