- "Room had bathroom door closed with light/fan on, window was open on arrival to room. On further investigation, found a pair of dirty men's socks on floor and bed linen very wrinkled. Notified office and they switched us to another room. For best service recovery, room cost should have been able to comped."

- "A great location if you wish to be away from the centre of an urban area - situated adjacent to highway access in a rural setting but still close to Concord."
