- "Although the hotel has aged I felt it was very clean and appeared to have been well maintained. The staff at both the front desk and bar/restruant were exceptionally friendly and informative."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The bed and the pillows were not comfortable at all. The cheap foam pillows made the overall experience much less pleasing. Spend more money on quality sleep items since that is what most people use the hotel for."

- "My one complaint is that the staff seems a bit unsure how to get to the hotel. i called the hotel on my arrival to ask how to best get to the hotel; the person at the desk could not tell me what the shuttle service was (only that apparently the person had gone home) or roughly how much a taxi would cost - or even if you could take a taxi. when i left, i booked the shuttle, which normally starts at 7:30. The person at the desk arranged for the shuttle to come at 7:00 and assured me that would get me to the airport in plenty of time for an 8:15 departure. In fact, I did make my plane, but just; US air and security both had long lines. i would gladly have paid for a taxi."

- "Train noise and barking dogs kept me awake all night. There were several people with dogs in and around the hotel - very noisy."
