- "Personel most of time not at reception. No proper receipt for the payment. The worse thing , i took pamukkale tour via this hotel and made the payment. However the tour guide left me and my family at the train station . We have to come back late. And no want Waiting at the arrival train station at selcuk which is was promised by the tour guide will pick us up at the station and drive us back to the hotel. I asked help from nearby hotel which is ukmez the bring us back to hotel. I dont know where is the mistake , is it because i booked with booking. Com. ? When i ask the owner of hotel they said they Dont know? And he seem not to be responsible to get the refund, by right the tour should be door to door service with guide and shuttle not train ( which i can Do my selfwithout tour package I suppsed the Do like this because they can take other customer from pamukkale / denizli to selcuk and get more money and i think this hotel also involved in this kind of cheating. Where should i complaint about this, if not Im being cheated for nothing. Is not only about money But more of service and the most important thing is about safety. I m with my baby at that time Waiting in the evening time for the Last train, can u imagine."
