- "Full kitchen, and also fully equipped with everything possible needed (not 1 plate 1 bowl like other places).
Massive rooms." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Renovations done were obviously amateurish - loose fittings etc. Location/area not the best."

- "The apartment was fabulous, in a great location, well serviced by the tram service and had a supermarket just down the road should you want one."

- "There were no clear directions on how to find the apartment on arrival in Berlin. I had to ring the office for directions on several occasions, and no really clear instructions were given. Therefore we spent 2 hours walking round the district asking locals, who had never heard of the street, until we asked a taxi driver who found it on his sat nav. A clear directional route from the airport to the apartment would have been really helpful and shown a standard of good service."

- "It's a very clean and comfortable place, suitable for couples!!!
The location also very convieint, just 10 mins by tram you can go to center of east Berlin.

- "1. Personnel is nice and helpful.
2. Comfortable location - if you use U-Bahn or tram you may reach every point in Berlin less than in 30 minutes.
3. Two nice rooms, bathroom and a kitchen - all that you need (except iron, unfortunatelly)

- "Mandatory additional payment for cleaning cervice in amount of 30 Euro was not included into the price. It would be just to define price considering this payment, since it is not optional."
