- What did you like the most?
- "We were in one of the recently refurbished rooms. Some of the carpets in
the main corridors looked tired, but we were using this as an overnight
stay, prior to our daughter moving into uni, it's location to the ring
road makes access by car easy. It more than served our purpose, but we
would not recommend this as a city break hotel. The breakfast, was more
than adequate and the staff were friendly and attentive, without being
intrusive." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "It's location near to a commercial area, left you feeling somewhat dubious about leaving your car on the car park, this in fairness was exacerbated due to limited parking space as a wedding was taking place over this particular weekend. The hotel does have cctv in operation. Some of the plumbing and sound proofing requires attention, which appears to have been overlooked during the refurbishments."

- "The bed was clean that was the only thing that we liked.The Hotel in the
main is very poor and needs a good refurb!!!!!" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "In general the Hotel is very much outdated, The carpets in our room number 90 are badly worn and very dirty.It looked as it had never been change since the hotel was built. Would NOT stay there again. even at half the price of.£81.00 that we paid. I would appreciate your comments."

- "It definetly needed updating. Main entrance carpet looked awful and the rooms themselves needed a revamp. I also thought we would be able to walk into the centre due to description on the website, this was not the case however. The site needs to be more clear on that."

- "The room was a reasonable size as was the bed.OK for business travellers, not great for leisure."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We had booked a suite for two - the basics were missing: no soap, one pack of biscuits with tea/coffee. On going to the restaurant we were referred to as 'nobodies' as we were not business residents. The hotel is designed for business travellers - functional, somewhat worn looking. The location is not great, by the side of a main ring-road in an industrial estate. The pictures are 'economical with the truth'."
