- "As from me, no reproaches"

- What did you like the most?
- "the delicious breakfasts, the charming and very helpful staff, (especially the receptionists, who answered every query, reconfirmed our air tickets and booked the electric buggy, ) and we appreciated the bus to the opera house."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We liked everything, but would have liked a kettle for tea and coffee... but we realise this is not usual in Germany."

- What did you like the most?
- "Comfortable hotel and excellent service. Great if you are going to the Wagner festival - the hotel provides refreshments before departure, a coach to take you to the theatre, and cushions for its hard chairs. A nice touch that the manager was there to great the guests on our return from the opera."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The bathroom fittings were a bit elderly - the shower curtain in my room needed to be replaced and the toiletries were a bit downmarket for what is a fairly pricey hotel."

- "Like most things in Germany, this hotel is perfectly predictable in its quality: decent, clean, friendly. It's also very conveniently located to the town's shopping centre."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The bar is not really very cosy and someone still needs to explain to me why one has to pay for internet connections, whilst you get free ones in the local cafs in town."
