Is there anything you didn't like?: "The entry door on my side of the building opened and closed with a loud bang and did keep me up most of the night."

What did you like the most?: "Though the Ramada is an older motel, it is beautifully maintained and
very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom
immaculate, and there was a great shower head. I especially appreciated
the separate dressing and make-up area."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "In the hotel literature, breakfast was described as hot rather than continental. Fortunately, there is a very good Denny's across the street."

What did you like the most?: "I did not like really anything about my stay. The hotel was way over
priced for the service and accommodations. I requested a smoke free room
yet my entire room stunk of smoke the entire trip, the maids were
unfriendly, the service employees at the desk were rude and could barely
speak English. I was told the price was $75 for two nights and ended up
getting charged twice as much as well as an extra almost $100 dollar
charge. I was told this was "standard" and would be removed in the next
few days but honestly I don't understand why this "temporary" charge was
even necessary. When I called to inquire about it, the employee Rita (?)
was quite rude, I was unable to understand her as she was foreign, and
hung up the phone on me while I was in the middle of asking a question.
I will never stay at a Ramada again nor did I enjoy any part of my stay."
