What did you like the most?: "It was cheap"

What did you like the most?: "The rooms were clean and the price was right."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The keys didn't work--not just for us but for many guests and it was a long walk back to the lobby to get new ones. The front desk clerk was unfriendly, borderline surly. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The hotel, except for the yellow walls, is totally colorless, not pictures, nothing to brighten up the low ceilings and claustrophobic feel of the place. The free shuttle is nice but a schedule that's only one trip per hour is not convenient."

What did you like the most?: "Pls chk why r they charging extra USD20 as the billing is only USD66.39. My card stated it charged the extra USD20 when I chk-in n when chk out billing only USD66.39. Will they revert it backto me."
