- "Location for shopping excellent and across road from Bond street tube staion. Hotel staff very friendly and service excellent. Also considering we looked out onto Oxford Street this was the quietest hotel room we have stayed in."

- "Hotel is in an excellent position on Oxford St just 2 minutes from Bond St Tube or five minutes from Oxford Circus. Ideal for those visiting central London. I was checked in quickly by Maria who provided a cold drink and refreshing towel while I waited for my key. I would say ten out of ten for checking in. Room was a double on the 7th floor and met my expectations. Size perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean. Bathroom very good. Tea and coffee making facilities and also iron /board etc provided. I would certainly stay there again."

- "Not much to say really. i did not book breakfast although a discount card was offered at reception. The full price is possibly a bit steep!"

- "In a very busy part of London, our room was thankfully quiet and serene, but yet close to an Underground entrance to allow us to get around the city with ease. Room was very clean and comfortable."

- "Although the staff was nice overall, they came off as a bit snobbish. My friend and I were a little surprised to find that they had given us the wrong type of room from my original reservation and were unable to change it since they were booked for the night. A little more 'down-to-earth' friendliness would have been preferred from their staff vs. having a strict agenda."
