- "Welcome comforts for a weary traveller included excellent shower, minibar, room service menu, efficient WiFi in room at no extra cost and good range of TV channels (BBC1 & BBC2 for UK visitors)"

- "Single beds in room (although I was a solo traveller and I booked a single room, so it's fair enough, but most people prefer a double/queen size bed for one...)"

- "Noise..... during the night staff appear to move furniture around (conference rooms etc...) and the noise seems to travel through the hotel!"
