- What did you like the most?
- "The room was adequate in cleanliness."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "There are a number of issues. 1/ The double room I stayed in was tiny. The desk chair was arranged so it was tight against the bed which clearly is a health & safety issue. 2/ The floors are very thin that you can hear every single movement from the people above. 3/ There were no DND door signs so I specifically asked the receptionist that I would not require housekeeping, yet at 8am I got the housekeeping knock on the door, AND AGAIN at 9:30am. Also, someone was hoovering outside my room at 7am. Very irritating. 4/ There's no free wi-fi so I paid £10 for 24hr access. The signal strength in my room was poor and I had to constantly keep logging into the service as it would drop out. 5/ The shower head had to be pushed back into place after each use or water sprayed all over the non-tiled walls. 6/ I paid £85 for a Wednesday night stay (£95) with Internet access, and this really is not value for money. I will be raising the issues listed here with hotel management and urge others to do the same."
