- "The staff was really nice once they understood that the outside silding door couldnt lock they gave us a full refund."

- "Dirty stained carpets, wallpaper and crown molding were litterally pealing off, beds had no spring in the mattress, outter blankets had holes and rips in them, oh ya and the best part- the outside door to protect the guest from harm, snakes and scorpions had been left open for who knows how long and the lock was broken. I would never recomend this hotel to even my worst enemy."

- "The bed was comfortable. Close to the Kino Sports Complex and Gem show. Coffee maker in room. Ate breakfast at McDonalds next door since the continental breakfast was only coffee, fruit kool aid type drink, and prepackage small donuts or granola bars."

- "We are thinking they must be getting ready to demolish this hotel. It was extremely run down, filthy, the bedding was threadbare and stained. Saw bugs in the hallway and mouse poo in one drawer (did not bother to look in any of the other ones). In one room the microwave had a styrofoam cup left in it from previous occupant. Bathroom was so dirty we chose not even use it to shower. Towels had brown stains so we did not use them, either. Used antibacterial spray on all surfaces. Found bugs (beetle type) in one bed. Water would not shut off in both showers. Floor was stained as well as bed covers. Definitely was not worth the $80 charge. Only stayed because of the lateness of our arrival and the Tucson Gem show has most hotel rooms already booked. Definitely DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel!"
