- "The drain in the shower was extremely slow."

- "I liked the location and the comfort of the rooms. It was convenient and
the staff was friendly. I would come back for sure." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I wasn't a big fan of the shuttle to the parks. It seemed to "strict" we only had the option to go or leave for two different times and if we wanted to leave it was very demanding to try and go to or from. Also the elevators seemed a little old. The only other complaints I would have is the maid service was a little lax. There were several nights where we had no washcloths and no plastic cups. It wasn't too big of a deal but over a couple days it wasn't it got annoying. Oh and the laundry was a little expensive."

- "Not having a heated pool, the shuttle we were going to take to universal never came on time so we had to leave on our own, the supplies for breakfast weren't kept up."

- "My friends and I stayed here because we were going to Universal Studios
for a few days--we were able to walk to the park easily and it
didn't take us more than 25 minutes and the weather was gorgeous.
Liked the breakfast and proximity to Starbucks, Walgreens, and
restaurants." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Shuttle only left at 2 times to the park and there was only 1 return shuttle from the park."
