- "Staff was great, breakfast was ok"

- "The carpet was disgusting, the room smelled musty, bed was old with no cushioning left in the mattress. We stayed one night because we were too tired after driving for two days to change hotels at 10pm but I would not recommend the hotel to anyone until some major upgrades were completed."

- "I liked the double key card entry at the motel door to gain access to my room, which added to my feeling of security for myself and my belongings. My ratings for the above questions leave little doubt of my satisfaction with this Quality Inn."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Traffic patterns on highway 501 made it difficult to cross the northbound lanes and merge into traffic going southbound, which I needed to do several times during my stay. However, this is not a complaint about Quality Inn. It was just an annoyance that I had to deal with."
