- "The price, simply because almost all of the hotels were sold out!"

- "Water machine did not work, took our change. Tub was filthy & towel racks were hanging off the walls, had to ask 3 times to have it fixed. When someone finally come, they just stuck it back in worn holes instead of doing the job properly, liability if someone gets hurt! Had to physically go down to the front desk to get toilet paper, 5 squares were left on the existing roll. Room was not cleaned on a Dailey bases & on the third night we had to ask to have it cleaned & had to ask for fresh towels. It was not cleaned & only the beds were made, sheets were not changed. You should display cards asking guest if they want their sheets changed, as its done in other hotels! Coffee machine was never touched or cleaned from our first use! We did not & could not use it because no new coffee was replaced. Given there are no Starbucks or Pete's, your hotel is ill equipped to service well travelled clients across the board. It was a very high volume week with people coming in from everywhere for the gem show & I can only imagine how much business your company lost! Word of mouth is damaging! We choose this location out of necessity because the holiday inn cancelled our reservations without notice. Please note, that we were not & are not about staying at any hotel but expect basic services & this experience resulted in a very low review. Janet managed to deduct one days stay & it seems that she does not have the support from upper management to run your facility at an acceptable level. No one seemed or had a sense of pride or urgency , perhaps you need to add more staff & training."

- "Room door would not lock was moved to another room that was filthy dirty, smelled like animal urine, dusty and moldy. Had to check out and find another hotel. Will not under any circumstances stay at this hotel in the future."
