- "Though I made a request in my booking, I was not given the king size bed. They said they did not have such room for the night. It shoud have been recognized by the reservation and made available since I made this reservation nearly 2-3 weeks before the trip"

- "Thought it was a bit too cheap chic. Also there was no internet which was due to an area accident so they said they had no ability to manage the situation"

- "The hotel has really good service, pretty modern but cosy design. As all hotels in Sao the price is much too high for the quality, but nothing can be done about it. The disapointment only came from restaurant: expensive but small coctails, the worst Ceviche we have ever eaten...not worth eating there. But everything else wa perfect"
