What did you like the most?: "Nice rooms. Good food. Public transport in front of hotel, allowing to reach the main Bordeaux city within 20-30 minutes (a bit longer when returning to the hotel in the evening)."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The WIFI system (constant disconnections). The staff at the main reception could be a touch more friendly. Finally the fact that it was not possible to get a package which included breakfast (stayed 3 nights and had to pay breakfast separately)."

What did you like the most?: "Nos gustó mucho la habitación, su confort y limpieza. En recepción, el
personal es muy amable, educado y preocupado por atender muy bien al
huésped. El desayuno/buffet es espléndido, variado y el personal que
atiende a los comensales es muy agradable. Cenamos una noche y también
nos agradó la cena y la atención de los camareros. En resumen, fue
nuestra primera experiencia en este hotel, pero siempre que volvamos a
Bordeaux, nos alojaremos en este hotel."
