- "pool very deep...very small shallow end.Food ok but looked better than tasted.nothing horrible but not too spectacular"

- "The staff was VERY friendly and went out of their way to help us (we had a toddler with us). In general, all the staff, regardless of where you encountered them, were super friendly and helpful. One of the best services we have ever gotten in a hotel. The quality of the food was great. Great selection and nice ambiance (outside part) in the dining hall."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We were traveling with our toddler who goes to sleep around 20:00 - 21:00. The protur has entertainment every night from 21:00-23:00 which didn't work out so well given how loud it was. However, in light of the excellent service the hotel provided, we would still give the hotel 10/10. One small negative point was that we booked half board, but still had to pay for the drinks (even water)."

- "This is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are huge and spotlessly clean. The food was great with plenty of variety. All the facilities were easily accessible and had everything we needed. All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient with the beach, bars and restaurants all within a short walking distance. The local bus stop is also near by to take you to the next resorts of Cala Millor and Cala Bona."

- "The pool can be a bit busy with not a lot of room between the sun-loungers."

- "Pool over crowded. Towels put on sunbeds by inconsiderate guests despite note by hotel not to do this."
