What did you like the most?: "The location is good, 5 min to the tube, clean room."

What did you like the most?: "I loved the location of the hotel - close to Bayswater tube station and a really lively area with a fabulously multi cultural population and all you need in terms of shopping and food."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Purchasing wifi access and the process associated with logging in was a pain."

What did you like the most?: "The location is very good, close to restaurants and pubs, local shops,
underground stations and Hyde Park. The kindness of the attendants and
staff was remarkable. They were always ready to help in all matters. The
breakfast is simple but correct: coffee/tea and milk, orange juice,
toast, salad of fruits, cereals, butter and jam, cheese and different
kinds of bread. Good cost-benefit ratio.
A localização é muito boa, perto de restaurantes e pubs, comércio local, estações de metrô e o Hyde Park. A gentileza da equipe e funcionários foi marcante. Estavam sempre prontos a ajudar em todos os sentidos. O café da manhã era simples mas correto: café/chá e leite, suco de laranja, torradas, salada de frutas, cereais, manteiga e geléia, quijo de diferentes tipos de pão. No geral, bom custo-benefício."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I didn't like very much the bathroom. It could be a little bit better. In our bathroom there was a little leak at the base of the shower stall. The door was a bit difficult to open / close without wetting the bathroom. The towels were clean, but some seemed outworn. I missed towel- mat and disposable cap. Não gostei muito do banheiro, poderia ser um pouco melhor. No nosso havia um pequeno vazamento na base do boxe e era um pouco difícil abrir/fechar a porta do boxe sem molhar o banheiro. As toalhas eram limpas, mas algumas pareciam muito desgastadas. Senti falta de toalha-tapete e touca de banho descartável."

What did you like the most?: "Lovely hotel - decor very nice.
Breakfast continental but very nice.
Location is great - 3-4 minutes walk from Bayswater tube station."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We were in room 801 (how is room 801 on the ground floor ??) which is behind reception on ground floor. A bit noisy first thing in the morning 07:00 - 07:30 with staff getting cleaning materials out of the storeroom which is right next to that room. We were up early anyway so it was ok for us, but if you want a lie-in you won't want this room. Having said this the room is nice."
