The hotel itself is lovely and very comfortable, a welcome respite from the noisy and small hotel room we had in Rome for a similar price. (We experienced a diffferent source of noise in Rieti due to locals honking horns all night to celebrate a soccer victory. And loud high school students passed by our room at 7:30 a.m. Nonetheless, the evenings were otherwise quiet and we had a very comfortable stay.)"
